Digital Product License Agreement

This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Conchords Entertainment Studio and Productions (“Conchords,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product provided by Conchords, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

1. Licensed Products

This Agreement applies to all digital products offered by Conchords, including but not limited to:

• Automation kits and workflows
  
  

• Prompt kits
  
  

• Guides, manuals, and playbooks
  
  

• Templates, documents, and files
  
  

• PDFs, digital downloads, and educational resources
  
  

Collectively referred to as the “Digital Products.”

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Conchords grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Products for your own personal or internal business use.

This is a license, not a sale or transfer of ownership.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the Digital Products for personal education or internal business operations
  
  

• Modify or adapt the materials for your own internal use
  
  

• Implement automations or workflows within your own tools and systems
  
  

4. Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, share, or transfer the Digital Products
  
  

• Offer the Digital Products as part of a paid service, course, or bundle
  
  

• Share access with clients, customers, or third parties
  
  

• Upload the Digital Products to public or private repositories
  
  

• Claim the Digital Products as your own intellectual property
  
  

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Digital Products are the intellectual property of Conchords and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

Digital Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Conchords makes no representations or guarantees regarding:

• Business results or outcomes
  
  

• Income, savings, efficiency, or performance improvements
  
  

• Compatibility with third-party tools or platforms
  
  

• Continued availability of referenced tools or integrations
  
  

7. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for implementation and use
  
  

• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms
  
  

• You assume all risks associated with using the Digital Products
  
  

Conchords is not responsible for errors, misuse, misinterpretation, or adverse outcomes.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Digital Products may reference third-party software, platforms, or services.

Conchords does not control, operate, endorse, or guarantee any third-party tools and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, security, or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conchords shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Digital Products.

In no event shall Conchords’ total liability exceed the amount paid for the Digital Product.

10. License Termination

This license remains effective unless terminated.

Conchords may terminate this license immediately if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Digital Products.

11. No Support or Updates

Unless explicitly stated in writing, purchase of a Digital Product does not include:

• Ongoing support
  
  

• Updates or upgrades
  
  

• Maintenance or troubleshooting
  
  

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Conchords operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Digital Product from Conchords, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Digital Products.
